This website is operated by Valoraa [legal business name]. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Valoraa. By visiting our store or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Online store

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You may not use our products or site for any unlawful purpose.

2. Products and colours

We try to show our jewellery as accurately as possible. Because our pieces are photographed and viewed on different screens, colours and bead tones may look slightly different in person. Small variations between pieces are normal and are not defects.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Prices and availability can change without notice. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product was listed at an incorrect price or is out of stock; if you've already paid, we'll refund you in full. Payments are processed securely by our payment partners; we don't store your card details.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund policy. Both form part of these terms.

5. Accuracy of information

We aren't responsible if information on this site is not accurate, complete or current. We may update content at any time, but we're not obliged to.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including designs, photographs, text and logos, belongs to Valoraa and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Valoraa is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
