Shipping policy

We ship across India. Here's what to expect once you place an order.

Processing time

Orders are packed and dispatched within [1–3] business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). You'll get an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within [5–7] business days of dispatch. Remote areas and busy festive periods can take a little longer. Delivery estimates come from our courier partners and aren't guaranteed.

Shipping charges

Tracking your order

Use the tracking link in your shipping email, or sign in to your account to see your orders. If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, email us and we'll check with the courier.

Address and delivery issues

Please check your shipping address and phone number carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery; extra shipping charges may apply.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your parcel arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, email us at valoraabead@gmail.com with your order number and we'll sort it out with you. See our Refund policy for damaged items.
