We ship across India. Here's what happens after you place an order.

Getting your order ready

We pack each order with care and send it out as soon as it's ready. When it ships, you'll get an email with your tracking link.

Delivery time

How long delivery takes depends on your pin code and the courier. Remote areas and festive weeks can take a little longer.

Shipping charges

Delivery options and any charges for your address are shown at checkout, before you pay.

Tracking your order

Use the link in your shipping email, or sign in to your account to see your orders. Tracking hasn't moved in a few days? Email us and we'll check with the courier.

Address and delivery

Please check your address and phone number at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody could take it, we'll get in touch to send it again.

Damaged or missing parcel

If your parcel arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, email us at valoraabead@gmail.com with your order number and a few photos, and we'll put it right.
