We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, tell us and we'll sort it out together.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

Email us at valoraabead@gmail.com with your order number and a few clear photos of the piece and its packaging. We'll look at it and put it right.

Want to return or exchange a piece for another reason? Email us before you send anything back, and we'll tell you what's possible for your order.

Changed your mind? Email us with your order number as soon as you can, and we'll do our best to catch it before it ships.

If we agree a refund, it goes back to the way you paid. Your bank may take a few days to show it.
