How do I place an order?

Add the pieces you like to your cart and check out. We'll email you an order confirmation once it's placed.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Write to us at valoraabead@gmail.com as soon as you can, with your order number. We'll let you know what we can change.

Which payment methods do you accept?

You'll see every payment option for your order at checkout.

I haven't received my order confirmation.

Check your spam or promotions folder first. Still nothing? Write to valoraabead@gmail.com with the name and email address you ordered with, and we'll look it up.

Where do you deliver?

Enter your address at checkout and you'll see the delivery options and charges for it.

How long will delivery take?

It depends on where you are. Our shipping page has the details, or write to valoraabead@gmail.com with your PIN code and we'll tell you what to expect.

How can I track my order?

Care

How should I care for my jewellery?

Keep your pieces dry and away from perfume, lotion and sanitiser. Store each one flat in a pouch or box, so chains don't tangle and the beadwork doesn't get crushed.

Can I wear my jewellery in water?

It's best to take your jewellery off before swimming, bathing, exercising or going to sleep.

What are the chains made of?

Every product page lists the chain tone: gold tone, silver tone or rose gold tone. For material details on a particular piece, write to valoraabead@gmail.com and we'll tell you.
